progesterone

the scholar 'katie tightpussy' has written a wonderful feminising hrt guide, available here. within this guide she discusses progesterone, including a recommendation to take it rectally. this is fine, but i and many of my friends prefer to take this hormone via a transdermal spray.

i produce a spray of concentration 30mg/mL (i find higher concentrations have issues with the progesterone coming out of solution), with ingredients:

i measure out my ingredients by volume, then mix with raw progesterone powder on a hotplate. i then pour the resulting solution out into 30mL amber glass bottles with spray caps. each bottle lasts me about a year.
